autocad Slow mouse without precision after move or rotate comands

We're experiencing a very strange problem with our AutoCAD 2012 suite.

We have a Toshiba Satellite P300-194 (PSPCCE) with an ATI (AMD) Mobility Radeon HD 3650, Windows XP Pro SP2 and 3 GB of RAM.

The problem is with the commands rotate or move, after use one of these commands on a 2D file the mouse movement becomes very slow and without precision.
